This site is to assist home buyers in taking legal action through arbitration against there builders but more importantly to avoiding making the same mistakes that I have made when purchasing a new home. I have only purchased two homes and both of them were poor investments. The purpose of this site is not to slander my builder or other negligent builders, but to help perspective home buyers in finding out as much information about their new home and the builder of their new home. This site will describe the major problems with my home, It will discuss the arbitration process also provide some home buying advice. I will also provide links to other helpful sites.
